Room reservations

For Conference-Only Registration Packages

Our exclusive discounted room rates are available only through our link.


Use this link if you are registering for a
conference-only package. Rates start at $339/night (plus fees and taxes).

(Note that Signature Service Packages already include a premium-view hotel room. Once registered, our travel coordinator will be in touch to book your room.)


CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS


Registrations may be transferred to any other person employed by the same company at no cost.


The following fees will apply to canceled registrations:


  • If cancellation is received by April 18, 2026, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.


  • If cancellation is received by May 11, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of your registration fee will be charged.


  • No registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received after May 11, 2026.


  • Fees paid for Signature Service Hotel accommodations and ground transportation will be refunded in full if received at least five days before your expected arrival date. Cancellations received within five days of your booked arrival date will incur a fee of $398 for the hotel and ground transportation portion of your registration. Cancellation fees for the conference portion of your registration apply as stated above.


All refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your registration within two days of your confirmed cancellation.
