CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS


Registrations may be transferred any other person employed by the same company at no cost.


The following fees will apply to cancelled registrations:


  • If cancellation is received by April 22, 2024, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.


  • If cancellation is received between April 23, 2024 and May 13, 2024, a cancellation fee of $50% of your registration fee will be charged.


  • No registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received after May 13, 2024.


  • Fees paid for all-inclusive options will be refunded in full, with the exception that if the cancellation is received within three days of your arrival a fee of $289 will be charged to cover the first hotel night (due to the hotel’s cancellation policy).


All refunds will be issued to the credit card used during your registration within two days of your confirmed cancellation.
